我国煤矿井下钻探技术装备50年发展与展望

50 years of development and prospect of underground coal mine drilling technology and equipment in China

    背景 煤矿井下坑道钻探是矿井煤炭安全高效开采、实现灾害精准防治与地质透明化不可或缺的关键手段。系统回顾了50年来我国煤矿井下坑道钻探技术与装备从技术引进到自主创新、从跟跑到并跑乃至领跑的发展历程。
    进展 首先阐述了煤炭资源在国家能源结构中的重要地位以及复杂地质条件给煤矿安全生产带来的挑战,明确了坑道钻探在瓦斯抽采、水害防治、地质探查等方面的重要作用。在此基础上,从回转钻进、定向钻进、智能钻进及特种钻进4个技术维度,梳理了我国在坑道钻机、随钻测量系统、特种钻具、钻探工艺等方面的系列突破与代表性成果,总结了从“无控钻进”到“精确定向钻进”、从“几何导向”到“地质导向”、从“人工操作”到“智能化作业”的技术演进路径。分析了钻机试验平台的建设进展及其对技术创新的支撑作用。
    展望 展望未来,煤矿坑道钻探技术将向智能化、精准化、无人化方向加速发展。重点突破煤矿井下复杂地质信息实时感知、大容量低延时数据传输、多目标智能协同控制等关键技术;研发适用于煤矿井下高应力、碎软煤层、极硬岩层、高承压含水层的特种钻进工艺及装备;完善煤矿井下钻探技术标准与产品质量评价体系,推动装备制造业向高端化、绿色化、服务化转型。通过数字孪生、人工智能、5G通信等前沿技术的深度融合,构建“装备状态—工艺参数—地质信息”全过程的智能运维体系,为智慧矿山建设和国家能源安全战略提供坚实技术支撑。

     

    Abstract:
    Bcakground Underground coal mine tunnel drilling is an indispensable and critical means for achieving safe and efficient coal mining, precise disaster prevention and control, and geological transparency in mines. This paper systematically reviews the 50-year development history of underground coal mine tunnel drilling technology and equipment in China, a journey that has evolved from technology introduction to independent innovation, and from following to keeping pace with and even leading the world.
    Progress The article begins by elaborating on the important status of coal resources in the national energy structure and the challenges posed by complex geological conditions to coal mine safety production, thereby clarifying the significant role of tunnel drilling in gas drainage, water hazard control, and geological exploration. On this basis, the paper outlines a series of breakthroughs and representative achievements in China from four technical dimensions: rotary drilling, directional drilling, intelligent drilling, and special drilling. It covers aspects such as tunnel drilling rigs, measurement-while-drilling (MWD) systems, special drilling tools, and drilling technologies. The paper summarizes the technological evolution path from "uncontrolled drilling" to "precise directional drilling," from "geometric steering" to "geosteering," and from "manual operation" to "intelligent operation." Furthermore, the paper introduces the construction progress of drilling rig test platforms and their supporting role in technological innovation.
    Prospect  Looking ahead, underground coal mine tunnel drilling technology will accelerate its development towards intelligence, precision, and unmanned operation. Key breakthroughs are needed in real-time precise perception of complex geological information, high-capacity low-latency data transmission, and multi-objective intelligent collaborative control. Special drilling techniques and equipment suitable for high-stress conditions, soft and broken coal seams, extremely hard rock formations, and high-pressure water-bearing strata should be developed. The technical standard system and product quality evaluation system for underground coal mine drilling need to be improved, promoting the transformation of equipment manufacturing towards high-end, green, and service-oriented development. Through deep integration of cutting-edge technologies such as digital twins, artificial intelligence, and 5G communication, an intelligent operation and maintenance system covering the entire process of “equipment status – process parameters – geological information” will be established, providing solid technical support for smart mine construction and national energy security strategy.
