复杂条件下非开挖铺管的关键技术

Application of several key technologies in pipe-laying of trenchless technology under complex conditions

  • 摘要: 地层和地下管网条件复杂是影响非开挖导向钻进质量的重要因素。本文结合工程实践,分析了精确的控向钻进技术、LG植物胶的选择和配制、管材选择、铺管阻力的计算和拉管头设计等影响复杂条件下,非开挖铺管的关键技术。实际应用中取得了好的效果。

     

    Abstract: Complicated formation condition and underground pipe network condition are the important factors that influence the quality of guided drilling of trenchless technology.The paper presents the key aspects of trenchless technology under complicated conditions,such as accurate technology of directional drilling,the selection and preparation of LG vegetable gum,the choose of pipe,the scientifically calculation of the resistance force of pipe-laying and the design of effective pipe-drawing tool.
