  • 摘要: 通过研究常规超硬复合柱齿碎岩机理,提出了超硬球齿部分外形的优化设计,分析了其碎岩机理,推导出合理的双唇面超硬球齿半径之间的关系式,这为冲击回转化钻进提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: By studying breaking mechanism of normal super-hard composite button,it is put forward that a optimize design to the form of super-hard insert button,and studies breaking mechanism of super-hard insert button,then educes reasonable relation formula of rabiuses between double domes super-hard insert button.So it provides gist for optimized impacting and turning drill.
