Analysis on inner force of circular working shaft with SMW method

  • 摘要: 根据SMW工法圆形工作井结构材料组成特点及结构受力特点,并基于分载思想,提出可用于该类结构内力、变位分析的环—梁分载计算理论,并据此对一个SMW工法圆形工作井实例的结构内力,进行了计算分析,得到了该类工作井结构在形成阶段与顶进阶段的内力分布特征,特别是指出了结构材料性质沿环向分区、顶冠梁加设及竖向加筋对结构内力的影响,有关结论为进一步提高对SMW工法工作井的认识奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: According to structural material and structural stress state of circular working shaft with SMW method, this paper presents ring-beam load-shared theory to analyze the inner force and displacement. The distribution of structures of this kind of working shaft at excavating stage and driving stage is summarized through a practical example. Especially the research shows the circular zoning of structural material and the influence of top beam and vertical jacking on inner force. The conclusions may useful for understanding working shaft with SMW method.
