永久性抗浮锚桩工程施工技术

THE TECHNIQUE OF PERMANENT ANTIFLOATING ANCHORED PILE

  • 摘要: 永久性抗浮锚桩的施工目的是为了解决建筑物整体抗浮问题。以北京胜古庄小区工程为例,介绍了其施工的技术关键。锚孔钻进时机为旋喷桩固结体终凝初期12~14h;桩位偏差在旋喷体中心的任何方向不超过10mm;与旋喷体垂直度偏差应小于8%。为此采用前导式三翼钻头,钻进速度为200mm/min。

     

    Abstract: The permanent antifloating anchored pile is used to control the settlement of building foundation.Taken an construction project in Bejing as an example,the key measures in construction are introduced.The beginning time of anchor hole drilling operation is at best controlled in 12~14h in initial stage of the end solidification.The deviation of pile location is controlled less than 10 mm in any direction from the center of jet grouting consolidation body;less than 8% in perpendicularity deviation with the body.For that purpose the type of preceding 3 wings bit is adopted,and the drilling speed is 200 mm/min.
