煤矿坑道大直径水平长钻孔的工业性试验及思考

The industrial test and thought about the large diameter horizontal long drilling hole

  • 摘要: 介绍了煤矿坑道大直径水平长钻孔的工业性试验情况。试验中使用定向钻进技术施工了4个钻孔,两个钻孔长度达到80 0m以上,试验钻孔最深86 5m,其中85 5m保持在煤层中连续延伸,孔径15 3mm,最高时效达到2 8m/h。文中还对试验中遇到的问题提出了自己的见解。

     

    Abstract: It is introduced that the industrial test about large diameter horizontal long drilling hole, and put forward personal viewpoint to question met on test. Totally four hole had been executed using directional drilling technology. Two drilling hole depth is more than 800 m, and the longest drilling hole is 865 m in length, drilling hole diameter is up to 153 mm, the highest sheet drilling speed is up to 28 m/h.
