沿煤层定向钻进技术的研究

RESEA RCHES ON THE TECHNIQUE OF DIRECTIONAL DRILLING ALONG COAL SEA MS

  • 摘要: 首次在煤矿井下使用稳定组合钻具、螺杆钻具和绳钻钻具,调整钻进工艺参数,成功地解决了沿煤层走向钻进工艺的技术难题,在中厚缓倾斜煤层中沿煤层定向钻进,总进尺2213.56m,最大孔深达302m,取得了明显的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Some technical problems about directional drilling along coal seams were' successfully solved by use of screw, wire and compound drilling tools, and optimum drilling parameters. In the directional test drilling along median to thick and low angle coal seams, the total drilling course reached a distance of 2213.56 m and the maximum drilling depth is 302 m.
