“十三五”期间我国煤层气勘探开发进展及下一步勘探方向

Progress of coalbed methane exploration and development in China during the 13th Five-Year Plan period and the next exploration direction

  • 摘要: 基于我国煤层气勘探开发项目、煤层气田生产现状以及科研技术成果的调研资料,分析了煤层气田稳产、提产综合治理技术措施,深层煤层气取得勘探突破的地质条件和潜力,支撑上述两方面进展的煤层气水平井技术以及相配套的井网优化、排采技术。结果认为,我国煤层气田稳产、低产井提产综合治理最有效的技术措施有四类,包括增加新层、调整开发方案扩大产量规模、水平井嵌入加密井网、老井增产改造技术。提出了“煤层气水平井+技术体系”概念,即水平井钻完井+套管分段压裂+无杆泵排采技术组合体系,强调在井网优化部署、钻完井、压裂工艺和排采技术设备等各个环节的相互匹配。界定了深层煤层气涵义,深层煤储层一般存在游离气,临界深度受地层温度梯度和压力影响。指出深层煤层气、低阶煤煤层气是下一步煤层气勘探重点领域和方向。

     

    Abstract: Based on survey data of coalbed methane exploration and development projects in China, the production status of coalbed methane fields and scientific & technological achievements, this paper analyzes the comprehensive control technical measures for stable and increasing production of coalbed methane fields, and the geological conditions and potential of deep coalbed methane exploration breakthrough. The coalbed methane horizontal well technology and the matching well pattern optimization and drainage technology are also summarized. The results show that the most effective technical measures for the comprehensive control of stable production of coalbed methane fields and low production wells in China are four types, including adding new production layers, adjusting the development plan to expand the production scale, embedding infill well pattern in horizontal wells, and stimulation technology of old wells. The concept of “coalbed methane horizontal well + technical system” is proposed, that is, the combination system integrates horizontal well drilling and completion, casing staged fracturing, and rodless pump drainage technology, emphasizes on the mutual matching of well pattern optimization deployment, drilling and completion, fracturing technology and drainage technology equipment. The meaning of deep coalbed methane is defined, free gas generally exists in coal reservoir, and the critical depth is affected by formation temperature gradient and pressure. It is pointed out that deep coalbed methane and low rank coalbed methane are the key areas and directions of coalbed methane exploration in the next step.
