真空预压处理吹填土的微结构特征试验

Experimental study on micro-structural characteristics of hydraulic fill treated with vacuum preloading

  • 摘要: 首先进行了吹填泥浆沉降柱试验,取得了未经真空预压处理的吹填土土样,并在天津滨海新区临港工业区真空预压处理后吹填场地上获取原状土样。其次,对所取土样进行了微观试验土样制作和电镜扫描,获取了未处理和经过真空预压处理土样的SEM照片,最后运用微结构处理软件,对其微结构进行定量化分析,研究了真空预压过程中吹填土的微结构变化规律。结果显示,经过真空预压作用,颗粒和孔隙等效直径、面积、周长、形态比和圆度明显减小,颗粒和孔隙数量明显增大,其原因是在真空预压处理过程中,吹填土的原始结构被破坏,进而形成了新的结构。

     

    Abstract: Firstly, through the hydraulic fill slurry settling column tests, the soil samples of the untreated hydraulic fill by the vacuum preloading were obtained, and the treated soil samples were achieved in the Tianjin Binhai New Area Lingang Industrial Area after being treated by vacuum preloading method.Secondly, all soil samples were transformed into micro-test soil samples and scanned by electron microscope to obtain SEM photographs.Finally, the micro-structure was quantitatively analyzed through micro-structure processing software, and micro-structure variation of the hydraulic fill during the course of vacuum preloading was researched, the result shows that the equivalent diameter, area, perimeter, shape ratio and roundness of void and grain were remarkably reduced, the number of void and grain increased significantly.The reason is that the original structure was destroyed and a new structure is formed in the process of the vacuum preloading.
