  • 摘要: 为了研究松软煤层螺旋钻进钻杆排粉机理,用相似模型实验研究螺旋钻杆的排粉,宏观了解煤粉颗粒在螺旋钻杆作用下的运动形式,从理论上求解其运移的速度,并通过实验验证螺旋钻杆动力参数和结构参数对其排粉量的影响。实验显示:螺旋钻杆外径参数、转速和钻进速度等动力参数相同的情况下,螺距和心杆尺寸的大小对钻杆的排粉量影响很大;不同的螺旋钻杆其转速适合,螺旋钻杆才能很好的排粉。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the cuttings discharge mechanism of rod in auger drilling in soft coal seams, the paper studied cutting discharge of auger rod through experiment on similar model to macroscopically understand the movement patterns of coal particles under action of auger rod, to theoretically find out their transport speed, and to verify the influence of dynamic and structural parameters of auger rod on amount of discharged cuttings through experiment. Experiment indicated that in the case that the outer diameter, rotation speed and drilling speed are the same, the pitch and the size of rod influence greatly the amount of discharged cuttings, and auger rod can discharge well cuttings when it rotates at suitable speed.
