松树镇煤矿Ⅱ层煤中风压空气钻进试验

Experiment on moderate pressure of air drilling in No.Ⅱ coal bed in Songshuzhen coal mine

  • 摘要: 松树镇煤矿Ⅱ层煤为松软突出煤层,煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔深度浅、效率低,严重影响瓦斯抽采和煤炭开采。运用松软突出煤层中风压空气钻进技术进行试验,在Ⅱ层煤中最深钻进102 m,且孔口集尘器和无动力多级除尘器组成的除尘系统操作简便、效率高,能够有效地解决钻进过程中的粉尘污染问题,取得良好的试验效果。

     

    Abstract: The No.Ⅱ coal bed in Songshuzhen mine is soft and prone to outburst. The gas drainage boreholes have shallow depth, low efficiency. This hinders the gas extraction and coal mining seriously. The experiment using the technology of moderate pressure air drilling gains the deepest drilling of 102m. It was a new depth record and produced good test results.
