防泥包钻头的优化设计与应用

Optimum design and application of balling-preventing bit

  • 摘要: 泥包钻头是钻探工程中常见的现象,主要受冲洗液流速影响。采用计算流体力学方法,借助流体模拟软件CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics),从优化钻头的水力结构参数上设计了一种防泥包钻头,使钻井液在泵量一定的情况下切削刃前和水槽内的流速尽量增大,适用于在易发生泥包的地层中钻进使用。在大庆松科一井应用表明,用这种模拟方式来优化钻头的水力结构设计是一种有效的手段,取得了很好的经济与应用效果。

     

    Abstract: Bit-balling is a usual kind of drilling accident. Now technicians have no fundamental measure to solve this problem expect prevention. In this paper, the authors designed a kind of bit suitable to drill easy bit balling formation by using the method of hydrodynamics, the simulation software CFD. The result shows that simulation is an effective means to optimize the drill hydraulic structures and obtains significant economic benefits.
