Technique of water inflow control of full shaft section of constructed vertical shaft

  • 摘要: 淮南矿业集团望峰岗一副井在凿井过程中多次发生突水事故,在分析原因的基础上,结合该工程水文地质条件及现场环境条件,采用定向分支造孔方法,实行下行式、小段高、低压重复注浆方式,成功在已砌筑井壁的井筒周围形成堵水帷幕,从而解决了强含水"红层"涌水问题。该技术对于造孔过程中断层带、壁后空洞区域孔壁的稳定性及漏浆的处理具有很好的借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of analysis of the cause of several water bursts during construction of Wangfenggang auxiliary shaft of Huainan Mining Group Corp, in combination of the hydrogeological conditions and field environmental conditions, by adopting directional branch holes and using downward small section high and low-pressure repeated grouting, a water-blocking curtain was successfully formed around the constructed shaft, resolving the water burst problem from highly aquiferous "red layer".The method used during hole making for keeping stability of hole wall and treating leakage in the fault zone and cavity area behind the shaft has reference significance for similar engineering in the future.
