瓦斯抽采分体式履带钻机的独立行走液压系统设计

Hydraulic system design of fission crawler independent walking drill rig for gas extraction in coal mine

  • 摘要: 常用的煤矿瓦斯抽采分体履带式钻机需用油管将两个履带车体的液压系统连接,在井下行走和在钻场进行移位时操作不方便。为了提高履带行走的便利性,设计了ZDY6500LF型分体履带钻机的液压系统,分析了钻机液压系统的组成和原理。该液压系统具有2个履带车体不需要管路连接而独立行走的特性,到达钻场调整好两履带车体位置,再连接管路进行钻探施工,实现了履带式钻机的分体化液压传动及履带行走的独立控制。通过测试试验验证了液压系统的可靠性,表明该液压系统具备很好的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The operation of fission crawler drill rig for gas extraction in coal mine is not convenient as walking in underground coal mine and shifting in the drilling pad, because the hydraulic system is needed to be connected by tube. In order to improve convenience of the crawler walk, the hydraulic system of ZDY6500LF fission crawler drill rig is designed, and the components and principle of hydraulic system are analyzed. The new hydraulic system has the independent walking characteristics of crawler vehicle which do not need hose connection. The tubes are connected for drilling after two crawler vehicle components arrive at the drilling pad and the position is adjusted. The hydraulic system achieves the divided hydraulic transmission and independent control of the crawler walking. The testing experiment verifies the reliability of hydraulic system, and shows that the hydraulic system has very strong application value.
