煤层底板超前注浆加固定向孔注浆工艺技术

The grouting technology of directional borehole for pre-grouting reinforcement in coal floor

  • 摘要: 煤层底板突水是矿山建设与生产过程中的主要灾害之一。底板注浆加固技术是目前我国防治底板突水的重要措施和方法。利用定向孔进行煤层底板超前注浆加固,对注浆的层位与注浆材料选取、注浆工艺制定、注浆方法和浆液配置进行了系统研究;针对定向孔的特点对注浆效果检查与评价进行了完善,并通过赵固一矿11151工作面现场进行了验证。试验表明,所采取的注浆工艺技术很好的保障了注浆和钻进施工,注浆加固效果明显,实现了工作面超前区域注浆加固的目的。

     

    Abstract: Water inrush from coal floor is one of the main disasters in mine construction and mine production, brings great risks and losses to the coal mine safe production with huge destruction, floor grouting reinforcement technology is an important measure and method for water prevention. Using directional borehole to conduct reinforcement by pre-grouting will be an important development and promotion direction of floor grouting reinforcement technology in the future. According to the characteristics of directional drilling, this paper has systematically studied selection of grouted horizon and grouting materials, grouting technology, evaluation criterion of grouting effect, grouting reinforcement technology is formed. The tests in face 11 151 of Zhaogu mine show that the grouting technology is reliable and advanced to ensure grouting and drilling, the effect of grouting reinforcement is evident, achieves the goal of reinforcement by in-advance regional grouting in working face.
