防爆无缆遥测地震仪在煤矿槽波勘探中的应用

Application of explosion-proof telemetry seismograph used in channel wave exploration

  • 摘要: 透射槽波勘探是煤矿井下工作面内构造探测的首选技术,具有探测范围大、准确率高等优点。针对井下槽波勘探仪器笨重等原因,研制了矿用无缆遥测地震仪,具有无缆、无需主机和通讯电话线等独特优点,使得仪器便携,施工简单,并已取得防爆证和MA认证,具备了240道的施工能力。通过在煤矿井下多个槽波探测项目的工程实践,验证了仪器的优越性能,且取得了很好的地质效果。

     

    Abstract: Transmitted in-seam wave exploration technique is the first choice for underground coal mine prospecting. It has the advantage of long detection range and high accuracy. But in the past, the heavy equipment impeded its wide application. We have designed and manufactured a wireless remote seismograph for coal mines, which has the advantage of being free of cable and geophone line to communicate with the main unit. The seismograph has passed EX and MA explosion-proof certification, with operation ability of 240 channels, was used in 9 in-seam wave exploration projects. The excellent performance of the seismograph has been verified, achieving good geology results.
