ZDY4000LD (A)型履带式全液压定向钻机的设计

Design of the track-mounted ZDY4000LD(A) fully hydraulic directional drilling rig

  • 摘要: ZDY4000LD (A)型履带式全液压定向钻机是一款面向狭窄巷道而设计的装备,主要用于中深孔的瓦斯抽采、探放水及顶底板注浆等钻孔施工。介绍了该钻机的设计思路,包括总体方案、关键结构、液压系统和外观造型设计,详细描述了关键结构部件和液压系统。该钻机具有结构简单,操作方便,巷道适应性强的特点,通过结构设计的优化,提高了钻机机身的调角度范围及给进行程,改善了钻机的工艺适应性。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the condition of the narrow coal mine roadway, ZDY4000LD(A) directional drilling rig is developed and produced, which is mainly used to drill deep hole for gas extraction, water delection and drainage, roof and floor grouting. The primary design methods are introduced including conceptual design, key structural design, hydraulic system design, molding design, the key structural design and hydraulic system design.
