松软煤层水平对接井筛管完井工艺技术

Well completion technology by screen pipe for horizontally-intersected well in soft coal seam

  • 摘要: 松软煤层中开发煤层气,由于地质条件复杂、井壁不稳定、产气通道易堵塞等,致使松软煤层中水平对接井的抽采效果较差。重点研究了松软煤层水平对接井筛管完井工艺技术,包括筛管选型、配套设备机具和下管工艺技术等。通过在晋城成庄区块现场应用,3口水平井煤层段下入筛管总长度达到1466 m,取得了良好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: During the development of coalbed methane(CBM) in soft coal seam, the complicated geological conditions, the borehole sidewall instability and blocking of gas -producing channels lead to poor effect of gas drainage with horizontally-intersected wells in soft coal seam. The well completion technology directly affects the drainage effect of CBM, and in this paper, the well completion technology by screen pipe for horizontally-intersected well is studied, including selection of the screen pipe, development of equipment and screen pipe running operation technique, etc. Through field application in Jincheng-Chengzhuang coal mines, three horizontally-intersected wells were completed with a total length of 1466m screen pipe, and its application effect is good.
