水泥-水玻璃双液注浆三阶段加固模型及其应用

Three-stage model of cement-waterglass grouting and its engineering application

  • 摘要: 根据在郴州地区对残坡积土进行水泥-水玻璃双液注浆工程的实践,建立了水泥-水玻璃双液注浆加固残坡积土的三阶段模型,即初级加固阶段、径向压密加固阶段和成桩-顶升阶段,同时分析了适合这三个阶段的理论公式。阐述了水泥-水玻璃双液注浆加固土体的机理。根据双液注浆加固工程实例的监测数据分析注浆的过程,结果表明,注浆过程与本文建立的三阶段注浆模型基本吻合。

     

    Abstract: Based on the practice of cement-waterglass grouting engineering, three-stage model of cement- waterglass grouting for residual soil was established in this paper, and the appropriate formulas for those stages were analyzed. The three stages are the primary strengthening stage, the radial compacting stage, the pile-forming and jacking stage. After that, the strengthening mechanism of cement-waterglass grouting was also elaborated. At last, combined with the monitoring data of a specific cement-waterglass grouting project, the grouting process was analyzed. The result shows that the grouting process shows little difference from the three-stage model established in this paper.
