空气动力洗井技术在煤层气井中的应用与评价

Application and evaluation of the well flushing technology with compressed air in CBM wells

  • 摘要: 煤层气地面开发过程中,由于排采不当,支撑剂、煤岩粉沉淀,造成井壁或压裂裂缝堵塞,直接影响煤层气的排采。对于这类煤层气井常需要对其进行清洗和疏通。通过对井筒周围裂缝的力学分析,给出了空气洗井系统参数设计的计算模型,并简要介绍了在煤层气井中的空气动力洗井的设备和工艺,以及对洗井效果参数的选择和计算。利用该技术在ZM-1井组中进行了实际应用,有效地解决了ZM-1井堵塞、产气量低等问题。这一空气动力反循环洗井技术的应用,对探索煤层气井的高产高效开发提供了新的途径。

     

    Abstract: In the development of CBM wells on the ground, proppant and coal powder are sedimented because of unreasonable drainage, resulting in blocking wall or fractures, which affects directly the drainage of coabed methane. In order not to affect the sustainable and efficient production, such a well must be cleaned and dredged. Through the preliminary mechanical analysis of the wellbore and fractures, a calculation model of air flushing system for parameter design was given, the equipment and processes of flushing with compressed air in CBM well, the parameters selection and calculation of effect of washing well were.briefly introduced. This technology was used in the group of wells ZM-1 to effectively solve the blockage and low gas production. The success of reverse circulation well washing technology with compressed air in the wells ZM-1 provided a new way for exploring the highly productive and efficient development of CBM wells.
