两淮煤田煤层底板灰岩水害区域超前探查治理技术

Advanced exploration and control technology of limestone water hazard in coal seam floor in Huainan and Huaibei coalfields

  • 摘要: 煤层底板灰岩水害区域超前探查治理技术是近几年刚刚兴起的一种灰岩水害防治新技术,具有探查治理时间超前、探查治理空间范围大、水害隐患整体消除效果好等特点。分析了两淮煤田煤层底板灰岩水害基本特征,研究了煤层底板不同类型灰岩水害区域超前探查治理的技术方法和工程工艺。提出针对淮北煤田煤层底板存在高压复合强富水薄层灰岩含水层水害威胁的矿井,应采用定向水平井钻探和"高密度低压充填+低密度高压劈裂式注浆"探查治理技术;针对淮南煤田煤层底板发育厚层非完整隔水层的矿井,应采用定向水平井钻探和低密度连续高压劈裂注浆探查治理技术,通过典型矿井的工程示范,取得了良好的水害治理效果。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the advanced control technology of limestone water hazard in coal seam floor has been widely used as a new technology of limestone water prevention and control. It is characterized by advance in time, wide space range, and good grouting effect. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of different types of limestone water hazard in coal seam floor in Huainan and Huaibei coalfields, and studies the technical methods and engineering processes for advanced exploration and control of different types of limestone water hazard areas in coal seam floor. For coal mines in the coal seam floor of Huaibei coalfield which is made of multiple thin limestone aquifers with high pressure and abundant water, the directional horizontal drilling technology and the high-density low-pressure filling with low-density high-pressure split grouting technology should be adopted. For the mines in the coal seam floor of Huainan coalfield which is made of incomplete thick aquifuges, the directional horizontal drilling technology and the low density continuous high pressure split grouting technology should be adopted. Through the demonstration of a typical mine project, a good effect of water hazard control has been achieved.
