顶板复杂地层高位定向钻孔成孔工艺研究

Study on hole-forming technology of high-level directional borehole in complicated roof strata

  • 摘要: 针对淮南矿区顶板复杂地层条件下大直径高位定向钻孔成孔难度大的问题,结合淮南顾桥矿工业性试验,开展了顶板复杂地层成孔工艺技术研究,形成了顶板复杂地层信息探查技术、爬坡复杂孔段和目标层复杂孔段定向钻进技术、完孔技术等关键工艺技术,并成功实施完成了10个孔径153 mm的顶板大直径高位定向钻孔。抽采试验阶段,试验钻孔标况瓦斯抽采纯流量平均达到11.07 m3/min,平均瓦斯抽采体积分数达到31.39%,与邻近高抽巷瓦斯抽采水平相当,初步实现了"以孔代巷"的目标。研究成果为淮南矿区及类似地质条件矿区瓦斯治理提供了新途径,具有显著的应用和推广价值。

     

    Abstract: The large diameter high-level directional borehole in the roof is the key technical measures for gas drainage and control of the goaf. Aiming at the difficulty of large-diameter high-level directional borehole in the complicated roof strata in Huainan mining area, the technical research of borehole in the complicated roof was carried out combining with industrial test in Guqiao mine of Huainan mining area, and the key technologies of borehole was formed, such as the detection technology of detailed information of complicated roof strata, directional drilling of climbing borehole interval and the complicated interval of target layer, the technology of borehole completion etc, and 10 large-diameter(Ф153 mm) high-level directional boreholes in the roof were drilled successfully. In the stage of drainage test, the average gas flow of the test borehole under standard conditions reached 11.07 m3/min with an average concentration of 31.39%, equivalent to the level of gas drainage of the adjacent gas drainage roadway, and the goal of "replacing the roadway with boreholes" was preliminarily realized. The results provide a new approach for gas control in Huainan mining area and mining areas with similar geological conditions, which has significant application value and promotion value.
