小元件热点燃实验灵敏度分析方法的研究

Analysis method of the sensitivity of thermal ignition test of small component

  • 摘要: 小元件热点燃实验装置是煤矿井下本质安全型电气产品进行热点燃的检测检验设备,其研究和应用是储能元件抑能控温发展的重要环节。论文通过分析小元件热点燃可靠性灵敏度的影响因素,在分析各基本变量不确定度的基础上对相关输入量进行曲线拟合,提出一种基于相关输入量协方差的二元回归分析近似处理方法来对灵敏度进行修正。为了验证可靠性灵敏度分析算法的有效性和准确性,进行了多次灵敏度测试,仿真结果表明,研究成果对于优化评定流程和提高检定效率具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Spark test apparatus is testing equipment of intrinsically safe electrical products about spark test, its research and application are an important link of intrinsically safe parameter determination and testing technology development of underground coal mine. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the reliability sensibility of thermal ignition of small component, based on the uncertainty of different basic variables, the paper conducted curve fitting of the relevant inputs, proposed the approximate process of binary regression analysis based on the covariance of the relevant inputs to correct the sensibility. In order to verify the effectiveness and the accuracy of algorithm of the reliability sensibility, sensibility tests was conducted for several times. The simulation results indicate the proposed research method is helpful to optimize the assessment process and improve the verification efficiency.
