湖南保靖区块页岩气参数井钻探实践

  • 摘要: 发展页岩气产业对我国能源安全具有重要意义,钻探是页岩气前期勘探的主要技术之一。2013年原神华集团中标湖南保靖页岩气区块,在认真调研分析保靖前期二维地震勘探成果和野外地质露头资料的基础上,经过井位优选和论证,沿向斜翼部部署了3口以龙马溪组为目的层的小口径参数井;由于保靖区块构造复杂、地层倾角大、可钻性差,卡钻、井漏、埋钻等钻井事故时有发生,为提高钻井效率、缩短钻井周期,实现优快钻探,钻前开展地层压力评价、可钻性研究、合理钻孔结构设计,在施工中优选钻井参数、钻井液性能和钻具组合,采用防斜打直、绳索取心、存储式测井等工艺和技术,取得了丰硕的钻探成果,揭示了龙马溪组储层特征和含气性,发现较好的页岩气显示,含气量最高1.59 m3/t,为保靖区块页岩气资源潜力评价和有利区优选提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Shale gas resources are a kind of clean energy resources. Drilling is one of the main technologies for shale gas pre exploration.In 2013, the original Shenhua Group was was awarded the Baojing shale gas block, Hunan.On the basis of investigation & analysis of the two dimensional seismic exploration results and outcrop of the field in the early period of Baojing. Through the optimization and peer review for well locations, 3 small size parameters wells along the syncline wings are deployed in the Longmaxi group. Because the Baojing block belongs to the complex and high steep structural area, it has high formation dip, the local fault development and the poor drillability. Hence the borehole is instability, stuck pipe, lost circulation and other accidents occur occasionally.In order to improve drilling efficiency and shorten drilling cycle, achieve excellent and fast drilling, the formation pressure evaluation, drillability researching and borehole structure design are carried out in pre-drilling, and the drilling parameters, drilling fluid performance and drilling tools combination are continuously optimized during drilling, preventive inclination ofvertical well, rope coring and storage logging are adopted, the rich drilling results have been obtained, and the layerproperty and gas bearing characteristics of the Longmaxi group are revealed. It is found that better shale gas shows and the maximum gas content is 1.59 m3/t, which provides the basis for the evaluation of the potential of shale gas resources in Baojing block and the optimization of the optimization of the "sweet spot" area.
