济宁二号煤矿井筒破损井壁修复技术实践

Technology and practice of remediation of the damaged shaft wall in Jining Mine No.2

  • 摘要: 由于受矿井地质和水文地质等因素长期影响以及当时施工工艺的局限性,山东济宁二号煤矿副井井壁出现较大面积质量缺陷、粉化破坏等问题。井壁粉化破坏区域出现的掉块、局部脱落隐患,随时威胁井内设备、电缆和人员安全,对于井壁缺陷区块存在整体垮塌的风险,进而影响井筒正常使用,极可能造成重大安全事故。通过分析井壁破损粉化段所处地层,认为混凝土受硫酸盐侵蚀而使井壁破损粉化。提出采用“锚网喷+壁面硅烷浸渍处理”的方案进行井壁修复加固,消除了井筒安全隐患,取得了较好的效果。

     

    Abstract: Due to long time influence of factors such as mine geology and hydrogeology as well as the limitation of construction technology, problems such as quality defect and pulverization destruction at large area have occurred in the wall of the auxiliary shaft in Jining Mine No.2. Rock fall and local fall-off occurring in the wall area damaged by pulverization are threatening at any time the safety of equipment, cable and personnel in the shaft, the risk of overall collapse exists in the wall with defect, and then influencing the normal use of the shaft, and very probably resulting in serious safety accident. Through analysis of the ground where the damaged and pulverized shaft wall was located, it was considered that the concrete eroded by sulphate made the shaft wall pulverized. The scheme using "anchor net blasting plus silicane immersion in shaft wall surface "to remediate and reinforce the shaft wall was put forward, the potential safety hazard of the shaft was eliminated and good effect was achieved.
