摘要

摘要: 煤矿井下钻探装备对保障矿井安全高效生产起着至关重要的作用，经过四十多年的发展，其技术水平得到很大的提高。结合产品特点、技术类型和应用领域，总体介绍了国内外煤矿井下钻探装备的技术现状，分析了国外钻机的应用效果和存在问题，重点对国内钻机开发的历程和现状进行概述，详细论述了分体钻机、履带式钻机、电液控制钻机、胶轮自行式钻机和定向钻机5个具有代表性机型的技术现状，对产品开发思路和相关应用情况也做了必要阐述，最后分析了煤矿井下钻探装备的信息化、自动化和智能化的发展趋势。

Abstract: After over 40 years of development, the technology of underground drilling equipment, vital to guarantee safety and efficient production for coal mines, has been improved greatly. Combining with the characteristics of products, types of technology and application domains, the development of domestic and foreign of underground drilling equipment for coal mines are introduced, the application effects and existing problems of drilling machines are analyzed, especially the development experience and current situation of domestic drilling machines are summarized, detailing on technology status of the five most representative models, such as the split type drill, caterpillar drill, electro-hydraulic control drill, rubber wheel self-propelled drill and directional drilling are reviewed, thoughts of product development and related projects are elaborated, then, the development trend of informatization, automation and intellectualization of underground drilling equipment for coal mine is put forward.
