煤矿井下倾斜地层近水平定向钻孔造斜段轨迹设计

Trajectory design of oblique section in nearly horizontal directional hole in inclined formation in underground coal mine

  • 摘要: 钻孔轨迹设计是煤矿井下近水平定向技术顺利实施的前提。在近水平地层中,该类钻孔轨迹设计一般采用二维方法,而在倾斜地层中二维设计方法存在造斜段钻孔穿出目标层的问题。基于此,对定向钻孔穿过岩层的真厚度计算方法进行了研究,提出了利用地层单位法向量计算穿层厚度的方法,并编制了Excel计算数据表,用于指导近水平定向钻孔造斜段轨迹设计。通过淮南潘四东煤矿太原组灰岩近水平定向钻孔造斜段施工的实际应用,验证了该计算方法的可靠性,较好地指导了工程施工,对类似工程问题具有一定指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Trajectory design of the near-horizontal directional drilling technology in underground coal mine is one of key aspects to successfully implement the technology. The trajectory of hole in a nearly horizontal formation is designed generally by two-dimensional method, and this method usually leads to the problem that the deflecting section of the hole travels out of the inclined target formation.Therefor, the calculation methods of the drilled formation true thickness were studied in the paper, the method using the unit normal vector of formation was proposed, and computation table in Excel was developed to guide trajectory design of near-horizontal directional drilling. The reliability of the method is verified in oblique section construction of a nearly horizontal directional hole in the limestone of Taiyuan Formation in Pansidong Mine, which has certain guiding significance for similar engineering problems.
