空气泡沫钻进在大同矿区的应用

APPLICATION OF AIR FOAM FLUSH DRILLING IN DATONG MINING AREA

  • 摘要: 山西煤田地质局115队在大同矿区魏家沟、同忻勘探区进行空气泡沫钻进生产性试验。使用W-10/60型和TYH-10/7型空压机及其它配套设备和材料,施工59个钻孔,空气泡沫钻进最大孔深601.10m。试验结果表明,空气泡沫钻进适宜于矿山采空区、干旱缺水、严重漏失等地区施工。与普通泥浆钻进相比,空气泡沫钻进提高台月效率90%,降低钻探成本30%。

     

    Abstract: The application test of air foam flush drilling was carried out by the 115th Exploration Team of Shanxi Coal Geology Bureau in Weijiagou and Tongxin prospecting areas, Datong (Continued from inside back cover)coal field. W-10/60 and TYH-10/7 air compressors, and other equipments and materials were used in this test. 59 bore-holes were completed with this method and the maximum depth of hole is 601. 10 m. The results of the application test show that this method is suitable to water lack areas, seriously leak areas and worked-out areas. As compared with the mud fluid flush drilling, the air foam flush drilling made the efficiency of rigmonth increasing 90% and the cost of drilling decreasing 30%.
