阀式正作用冲击器冲击频率和弹簧的性能分析

ON THE RESEARCH FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SPRING AND THE BLOW FREQUENCY OF THE VALVE POSITIVE FUNCTION HYDRO-PERCUSSION MACHINE

  • 摘要: 阀式正作用冲击器性能测试及使用中出现两种现象: (1)实测冲击频率低于设计频率;(2)锤簧使用寿命短。究其原因,一方面是弹簧自振频率与外载荷变动频率接近,引起弹簧共振,造成冲击器压力波动,延长工作循环时间,降低冲击频率;另一方面是弹簧疲劳强度安全系数小于许用安全系数,造成锤簧折断,缩短使用寿命。改进办法是修改阀的结构尺寸及重新设计弹簧参数以提高弹簧自振频率和安全系数。

     

    Abstract: There are two problems in the performance test and practice use of the Valve Positive Function Hydro-percussion Machine, those are, first the tested blow frequency is lower than the designed, secondly the life of the spring is short. They are caused by that the free vibration frequency of the spring is equivalent to the changing vibration frequency of outside load. This causes the spring resonating, the hydraulic pressure undulating, the work time lengthening and the blow frequency lower. In addition, the safety factor of the fatigue strength of the spring is less than the permissible. This causes the life of the hydro-percussion machine shortening. Improving the valve structure and designing the spring parameters anew can raise the free vibration frequency and the safety factor of the spring.
