华北地区主要断裂带的现今运动特征

Present motion character of main fault zones in North China

  • 摘要: 用中国地壳网络观测中心提供的华北地区最新GPS观测数据, 研究了华北地区主要断裂带的现今运动特征, 得到NE走向断裂带由北至南存在由挤压转变为拉张、右旋走滑速率增大的特征, NW走向断裂带以左旋挤压变形为主, 走滑速率NW向断裂带大于NE走向断裂带, 据此认为华北地区煤层气开发的有利区块位于南部地区。

     

    Abstract: After study of present motion character of main fault zones in North China by GPS observation data within the Euro-Asia frame from 1999 to 2001 that provided by China Crust Network Observation Center, it is found that the fault zones with NE strike are translated compression into extension and their right-lateral sliding velocities increase from north to south, the fault zones with NW strike are of left-lateral compression deformations and their sliding velocities are larger than that of the fault zones with NE strike. Therefore,it is believed that the advantaged areas of coalbed gas exploitation in North China are located in its south region.
