煤矿区煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)主要抽采技术与应用效果综述

    背景 我国煤矿区煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)地质条件复杂,单一类型技术难以达到资源高效抽采、灾害有效治理的目的。
    进展 (1) 根据近年来我国煤矿区煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)抽采技术研发及工程应用现状,按照空间布局将抽采方式分为地面抽采、井下抽采、井上下联合抽采三大类,按照时间布局又将地面与井下抽采分为地面预抽、井下预抽、地面采动卸压抽采、井下采动卸压抽采,其中预抽方式主要适用于煤层回采前的煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)预抽,采动卸压抽采则主要用于煤层回采过程中的瓦斯治理。(2) 对比分析了不同抽采类型所包含的主要技术及其特点,其中地面预抽类型主要包括垂直井(丛式井)、远端对接水平井、多分支水平井与分段压裂水平井等技术;地面井采动卸压抽采类型主要包括垂直井与L型井技术,井下预抽类型主要包括顺层钻孔技术、穿层钻孔技术与气动定向钻进技术;井下采动卸压抽采类型主要包括穿层钻孔技术与高位定向钻孔技术;井上下联合抽采则主要指井下定向长钻孔与地面井压裂范围沟通高效抽采技术,主要适用于煤矿准备区快速实现抽采达标。(3) 根据各类型抽采技术适用的地质与煤炭工程条件特点,以代表性煤矿为例分析了各技术的示范工程应用效果,认为分段压裂水平井技术、地面L型采动井技术分别是煤矿区煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)地面预抽与地面采动卸压抽采的高效技术,而控制井下预抽与井下采动卸压抽采工程质量与抽采效果的主要因素为定向钻进工艺及其技术水平。
    展望 基于我国煤矿区煤炭与煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)产业发展趋势,提出未来煤矿区煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)抽采技术应重点关注的四个方向,包括地面与井下瓦斯联合抽采技术、深部煤层气与煤炭资源协调勘查开发技术、多灾害协同治理技术与关闭矿井煤层气资源回收利用技术。

     

    Abstract:
    Background The geological conditions of coalbed methane(CBM) (coal mine gas) in China's coal mine area are complex, and it is for a single technology to achieve the effect of efficient resource extraction and effective disaster management.
    Advances  According to the current situation of the application of CBM (coal mine gas)extraction technology China in recent years, the mining methods are divided into three categories: ground extraction, underground extraction, ground and underground combined extraction according to the spatial layout, and according the time layout, The first two extraction are divided into ground preliminary extraction, underground preliminary extraction, ground pressure relief extraction, and underground pressure relief extraction. On this basis, the main extraction technologies and their characteristics contained in different types are compared and analyzed. Among them, the types of ground preliminary extraction mainly include vertical well (group well), remote end docking horizontal well, multi-branch horizontal well and sectional fracturing horizontal well technology, the types of ground well pressure relief extraction mainly include vertical well and L well technology, and the types of underground preliminary extraction mainly include along-layer drilling technology, cross-layer drilling technology and umatic directional drilling technology. The types of underground pressure relief extraction mainly include cross-layer drilling technology and high-position directional drilling technology. The connotation of ground and underground combined extraction is the underground directional long borehole communicate the range of ground fracturing of ground well. According to the characteristics of the geological conditions and coal engineering conditions applicable to various types of extraction technology, the application effect of each technology in the demonstration project is analyzed with representative coal mines as examples. The horizontal well technology of segmented fracturing and the ground L well technology are considered to be the efficient technology of the preliminary extraction and the pressure relief extraction on the ground, and it is proposed that the main factors controlling the quality and the effect of the underground preliminary extraction and the pressure relief extraction are the directional drilling process and its technical level.
    Prospects  Based on the trend of China's coal mine area coal and CBM (coal mine gas)industry, four key directions for the future development of CBM (coal mine gas)technology in coal mine area are proposed. It mainly includes ground and underground combined extraction technology, deep CBM and coal resources coordinated exploration and development technology, multi-disaster management technology, and closed mines gas resources recycling utilization technology.
