神经网络模型在测井岩性识别中的应用

THE APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK IN LITHOLOGY AUTO- IDENTIFICATION FROM COAL WELL LOGS

  • 摘要: 用山西赵庄1603孔测井资料作样本,应用反向传播(BP)神经网络进行处理,以达到自动识别岩性的目的;并对选择网络结构参数、学习样本等作了简要介绍,以此样本作为标准来预测潘庄0601孔测井相所对应的地质相特征,预测结果令人满意。

     

    Abstract: This paper begins with an introduction on the development condition of ANN (Artificial Neural Network), the theory foundation, structure and it's learning algorithm. Then we use one example to show how to build up a BP (Back Propagation) ANN and it's application in lithologic identification. At last we analyse the ANN identification and lithologic forecast results. In this paper we have given an original method in the field of geophysics.
