Evaluation index system and method of coalbed methane wells

There are many factors controlling CBM well production and relatively high economic risk. Through the analysis of the influencing factors on production of coalbed methane wells, 13 indexes are optimized. By standardizing the qualitative and quantitative indexes, the index system is established. With the reasonable designation of hierarchical structure model and usage of analytic hierarchy process for quantitative evaluation, a set of perfect evaluation method and system of coalbed methane wells is formed. The application of practical data in Jincheng mining area has produced good results. The research results provide a basis for the improvement of success rate of highly productive coalbed methane wells and optimizing production measure.
